Lord Ram aarti takes place at 12 noon
Lord Shree Swaminaryan celebrations commence from 6.30pm

The Chhathi ceremony will be performed on the sixth day after His birth - Monday 29th March, so please join us to celebrate both these auspicious occasions for Darshan and Prasad.

Kali Chaudas and Diwali - Saturday 17th October 2009 - Diwali, also known as “Deepvali” literally translates to a row of lights (Diva). On this day, Lord Ram returned to Ayodhya after being exiled for 14 years with Sita & Laxman, after defeating Ravaan, King of Lanka. The people of Ayodhya lit lamps to mark the homecoming and to celebrate good overcoming evil.

Govardhan Pujan - Annkut Utsav - Sunday 18th October 2009 - This signifies the day when Lord Shree Krishna provided shelter to the villagers by lifting Mount Govardhan with his index finger during a heavy storm.

Shree Swaminarayan Temple Stanmore celebrated the birth of Lord Shree Krishna on Friday 14th August. Nand Mahotsav & Matki Fod was celebrated the following day with other events including a barbeque for all devotees.
